| NIRMAL has emerged as a leader in manufacturing of Tube Mills, Solid State welder, Seam normalizer, Slitting machine, Profile machine, High frequency welder, bur free cutting car and other allied machineries and equipments and it has developed a new process of designing engineering, manufacturing and installing the equipments. NIRMAL offers Tube Mills up to 20” DIA which are high speed automatic continuous running that produce the wider range of quality steel tubes and pipes. In addition the company offers other machineries viz. Slitting, Threading, End-facing, Galvanizing Plant, Hydro testing and Cut to Length. Almost 90 % of the Tube makers are the users of the NIRMAL products.
NIRMAL undertook construction of several Tube mill Projects on Turnkey basis both in domestic and International market. Recently NIRMAL has secured a prestigious order for supply and erection and commissioning of three tube mills of ½ “ to 3”, 3” to 8” and 8” to 16” with slitting lines and other connected machineries to be completed in a record time of one yr. NIRMAL has now capability of providing complete consultancy services for tube Mill projects and turnkey projects for manufacturing all types of Steel Tubes and Pipes.

NIRMAL executed several Export orders from India to UAE, Bangladesh, Nepal, Malaysia, Kenya and Saudi Arabia, yeman, Sudan, Egypt, Uganda etc…….
World Class Infrastructure:
NIRMAL has set up an Industrial unit at NOIDA EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE, Which has started its commercial production in March 1998. Already several foreign customers from different countries visited the unit and expressed satisfaction about its quality product. NIRMAL has received export orders.
For growth and expansion, NIRMAL has set up in-house R&D unit to update the technology and to effect improvements in the manufacturing process. It has initiated steps to acquire ISO 9002 certification, which is expected in a short time.
Liaison across the world:
In order to promote its product and create awareness among the customers, NIRMAL participated in the Exhibition held at National as well as international level. Some of the Exhibition are; Imtex India, 1995; India Expo 96, Dubai; India Tech 1998, Kenya, Autumn Trade Fair 1999, Dubai, Dussoldof at Germany.
